The South Australian Minister for Education acknowledges the importance of Integrated STEM educational programs by sponsoring the national championships here in Adelaide from the 6 to 8th of December 2019.

I feel very fortunate to have been one of the judges at this event. The atmosphere that these kids created was electrifying and uplifting. Each and every one of them had contributed their unique talents to their teams. As a judge, I was able to talk with each individual team member to learn about the team’s journey, the design, and strategy for the competition. It was amazing the passion that these kids have. Some so eager and proud to let you know everything about their robot that we could have discussed it for hours. More reserved students displayed bravery and shared their interests and expertise. It was fabulous to see these students discovering their interests and feeling of belonging.

The Vex STEM labs and the Vex competition is growing in South Australia. Now is a fantastic time for your school or child to try out Vex.
